Stephen Lloyd Webb is a recognized entrepreneur and industry leader with over 30 years experience in pharmaceutical, academic and clinical research. In 1997, Mr. Webb co-founded REGISTRAT, Inc. a Contract Research Organization (CRO) focused on peri- and post-approval clinical studies. In 2009, REGISTRAT merged with Mapi Group (Lyon, France) to form REGISTRAT Mapi, the largest global CRO solely dedicated to Late Phase clinical research with over 700 employees in 13 worldwide locations. In 2017 Mapi Group was acquired by the Irish-headquartered company ICON. Mr. Webb provides senior consulting services to contract research, life science, biopharmaceutical medical devices and early stage companies.
His first personal experience with opera was through a friend who was a member of the Jacobs School of Music Opera Program.” I learned much about the opera world through interacting with casts, faculty and patrons, and by attending opera performances and events. I serve on the OperaLex Board to support my community and hope that through music we can transcend every nationality, culture, socioeconomic class and individual circumstance to enrich people’s lives through the music, productions and programs offered by OperaLex.
