Sam White is a senior event production executive, strategist, and community-minded leader with 38 years of experience overseeing complex, high-stakes initiatives across the corporate, governmental, nonprofit, financial, and entertainment sectors. As the Owner and Principal of MSI Production Services, Sam has built and ledoperations supporting mission-critical events throughout the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean.
Sam has worked extensively with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, including serving as producer for multiple New York Stock Exchange Analyst Days, where precision, regulatory awareness, executive messaging, and stakeholder confidence are essential.
In government and public service, Sam served as a personal aide to Kentucky Governor Ernie Fletcher and as the event planner and producer for all gubernatorial events. Since 2003, he has served as the producer of the Governor of Kentucky’s Inauguration, managing events of historic and ceremonial significance requiring discretion, compliance, and coordination across multiple public agencies and stakeholders.
He has also produced events nationwide for the National Conference of State Legislatures, the Southern Legislators Convention, and the Southern Governors Association, operating within complex, multi-state governance environments.
Deeply community-minded, Sam maintains a strong commitment to nonprofit organizations with a particular focus on the arts. He previously served as a Board Advisor to the Lexington Ballet and currently serves as a Board Member of United Voices Lexington, supporting arts-driven community engagement and mission-centered programming.
His background also includes working with world-class recording and touring artists in a touring capacity and serving as Director of Hospitality for the Kentucky Defender, a multi-day event requiring comprehensive oversight of guest experience and stakeholder coordination.
