A civil litigation attorney now in private practice at Sturgill Turner, Carmine’s career has included public service in state and federal government. An advocate for the arts, he is inspired by the truth and beauty reflected in opera and the classical music tradition. Carmine is honored to promote opera in the Bluegrass by supporting the University of Kentucky Opera Theatre Program and its talented students.
